We send you an activation package that includes a disc packed with set up aids that help you connect, for the first time, all by yourself. But, we are just a phone call or email away if you have trouble. We can walk you through setting up your computer and modem for DSL service. The disc also includes drivers and firmware updates for our modems and resources for some other modems you might have from previous DSL service.
